£30 Pay-As-You-Go Pole Dance Routine Class – Arlesey, Bedfordshire
Experience the joy of movement and build Confidence Through Movement in our empowering 2-hour pole dance routine class. Based in Arlesey, near Hertfordshire, this welcoming and body-positive class is suitable for all shapes, sizes, and ages*.

This extended session is designed to give you time to really settle in and enjoy the process. You’ll start with a thorough warm-up before learning a choreographed pole routine that blends dance flow, spins, transitions, and beginner-friendly tricks. The routine is broken down step by step, with plenty of time to practise, ask questions, and build confidence.

No previous pole or dance experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to have fun. By the end of the class, you’ll have learned a full routine and experienced how empowering pole dance can be.

Cost: £30 per class
Location: Arlesey, Bedfordshire (easy access from Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage & Hertfordshire)
Commitment: None—book and pay online, select the class you want to attend, and drop in when it suits you.

*Under 18s welcome with parental permission.

Important: A waiver must be completed online before attending class. This cannot be done on the day due to time constraints.

HOW TO BOOK
  1. Click “Add to cart”.
  2.  Then click “Checkout”.
  3.  Complete all required fields and proceed to payment by pressing “Pay now”.
  4. You are booked in and will receive a confirmation email along with the waiver form, which must be completed before the class. You will also receive an email about available dates for your first 2 hour pole dance class.

Note: Waivers are mandatory for safety. No waiver = no participation. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is essential.

HOW TO PREPARE
  • No experience needed—beginners are very welcome.
  • Wear shorts and a fitted top or sports bra (skin contact helps with grip).
  • Avoid moisturiser, oils, or fake tan for 24 hours before class.
  • Bring water and a small towel.
  • Come with an open mind and be kind to yourself—learning a routine is a process!

YOUR SAFETY

Your wellbeing is our priority. Classes are taught progressively with appropriate warm-ups, spotting, and crash mats. Pole dance is a physical activity—listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.

Please: Let your instructor know about any medical conditions or limitations. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own health and safety; Polefidence cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

For safety and grip:

  • No moisturisers, oils, or fake tan on the day of class (or the day before).
  • Remove jewellery to prevent scratches or damage to the poles.
  • Mandatory waiver: must be submitted online before attending.
