We aim to provide a fair and transparent policy that keeps our classes accessible while ensuring smooth business operations.
Taster & Pay-As-You-Go Classes

Taster classes (£10) and Pay-As-You-Go classes (£15) must be used within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried forward.

These purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly Memberships

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription of £55, billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and cannot be reversed.

It is your responsibility to attend classes. Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit.
General Policy

All sales are final, except where required by consumer law.

Refunds are not offered for missed sessions, late cancellations, or changes of mind.

In the rare case a class is cancelled by Polefidence, you will be offered a replacement session or credit.
