Polefidence Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent policy that keeps our classes accessible while ensuring smooth business operations.


Taster & Pay-As-You-Go Classes

  • Taster classes (£10) and Pay-As-You-Go classes (£15) must be used within 30 days of purchase.

  • After 30 days, unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried forward.

  • These purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Monthly Memberships

  • Membership is a recurring monthly subscription of £55, billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.

  • Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and cannot be reversed.

  • It is your responsibility to attend classes. Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit.


General Policy

  • All sales are final, except where required by consumer law.

  • Refunds are not offered for missed sessions, late cancellations, or changes of mind.

  • In the rare case a class is cancelled by Polefidence, you will be offered a replacement session or credit.
