Polefidence is a welcoming and empowering pole fitness and pole dance studio based in Arlesey, Bedford. Designed for people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities, we offer a fun and supportive space where fitness meets confidence. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build on your skills, our classes focus on strength, self-expression, and body positivity. At Polefidence, it’s all about feeling strong, empowered, and having fun—come join our community and discover what your body can do! Our classes run every Friday.
Step into your power with our Beginners Pole Fitness Class at Polefidence – Arlesey’s most welcoming and empowering pole studio. This fun, beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone curious about pole fitness or looking to try something new, regardless of age, size or ability.
We focus on building strength, boosting body confidence, and learning foundational pole moves in a safe and supportive environment. No experience? No problem! Our certified instructors will guide you step-by-step through each movement, with encouragement and plenty of laughs along the way.
Join a judgement-free space where fitness meets freedom and discover what your body is capable of. It’s not just about pole – it’s about empowerment.
Cost: £55 for 4 classes per month.

Your space will be confirmed once payment is received. Classes begin and renew on the 1st of every month.
For example, if you book on the 20th of the month, your classes will start on the 1st of the following month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note: subscriptions that have already been billed are non-refundable.
- No experience needed – absolute beginners welcome!
- Wear comfortable shorts and a fitted top (skin contact helps with grip).
- Avoid moisturiser, oils, or fake tan the day before and day of class.
- Bring water and a small towel – be ready to sweat and shine!
- Most of all, bring an open mind and positive vibes.
