£15 Pay-As-You-Go Pole Dancing Class – Arlesey, Bedfordshire
Experience the freedom of movement and build Confidence Through Movement with our empowering pole fitness sessions. Based in Arlesey, near Hertfordshire, these women-only 60-minute classes are designed for all shapes, sizes, and ages* in a welcoming and body-positive environment.

Each session includes a warm-up, conditioning, and a mix of beginner-friendly pole moves—spins, holds, and transitions—that strengthen your body and boost your confidence. No experience is needed, just curiosity and the courage to try something new!

Cost: £15 per class
Location: Arlesey, Bedfordshire (easy access from Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage & Hertfordshire)
Commitment: None— book and pay online, select the class you want to attend and drop in whenever it suits you.

*Under 18s welcome with parental permission.

Important: A waiver must be completed online before attending class. This cannot be done on the day due to time constraints.

HOW TO BOOK HOW TO BOOK

1. Click “Select a time” and choose the Friday you wish to attend.
2. Select the time you want to attend.
3. Click "Add to cart".
4. Then click "Checkout".
5. Complete all fields and proceed to payment by pressing "Pay now".
6. You are booked in and will receive a confirmation email along with the waiver form that must be completed before the class.

Note: Waivers are mandatory for safety. No waiver = no participation. Spaces are limited—booking ahead is essential to secure your pole.

HOW TO PREPARE
  • Absolutely no experience required—beginners are encouraged!
  • Wear shorts and a fitted top or sports bra (skin contact helps grip).
  • Please avoid moisturiser, oils, or fake tan for 24 hours before class.
  • Bring water and, if you like, a small towel.
  • Most importantly—bring a smile and an open mind. Every body is welcome!

YOUR SAFETY

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Classes are beginner-friendly and taught with spotting and crash mats for safe practice. Pole is a physical activity—always listen to your body and take breaks when needed.

Please: Let your instructor know of any medical conditions or restrictions. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own health and safety; Polefidence cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

For safety and grip:

  • No moisturisers, oils, or fake tan on the day of class (or the day before).
  • Remove jewellery to avoid scratches or damage to the poles.
  • Mandatory waiver: must be submitted online before class to participate.
