£10 Pole Taster Class – Polefidence
Our Pole Taster Class runs every Friday evening in Arlesey, Bedfordshire. It’s a relaxed, women-only, mixed-ability 60-minute session designed for anyone curious about pole fitness but not ready to commit to a full course.

This one-time taster lets you try a full class at Polefidence for just £10. Expect a fun introduction to spins, holds, and basic pole fitness moves in a supportive, body-positive environment. No previous experience or specific fitness level required—just bring yourself and give it a go!

Cost: £10 per person for a single taster session.
Availability: Tasters run every Friday. You may only book one taster session per person.
Redemption window: Must be taken within 30 days of purchase.
Commitment: None—just enjoy the experience and see if pole is for you!

HOW TO BOOK

1. Click “Select a time” and choose the Friday you wish to attend.
2. Select your preferred time slot.
3. Click “Add to cart”.
4. Then click “Checkout”.
5. Complete all fields and proceed to payment by pressing “Pay now”.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email along with the mandatory waiver form, which must be completed before attending your class.

If the class is fully booked, you won’t be able to reserve that date. For assistance, please email hello@polefidence.com.

Note: Waivers are mandatory for safety. No waiver = no participation. Spaces are limited—booking ahead is essential to secure your pole.

HOW TO PREPARE
  • Beginners welcome—no experience required.
  • Wear comfy shorts and a fitted top (skin contact helps grip).
  • Avoid moisturiser, oils, or fake tan for 24 hours before class.
  • Bring water and a small towel.
  • Most of all, bring curiosity and good vibes!

YOUR SAFETY

Your wellbeing comes first. The class is beginner-friendly, and all moves are taught with proper spotting and crash mats. Even so, pole is a physical activity—listen to your body and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.

Please: let the instructor know of any medical conditions or limitations. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own health and safety; Polefidence cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

For grip and safety:

  • No moisturisers, oils, or fake tan on the day of class (or the day before).
  • Remove jewellery that could snag or scratch.
